73Daniel J. Chaviera, 72, of Wahiawa died in Honolulu. He was born in Hilo. He is survived by wife Darlene J.; son Jay; daughters Darnelle J. Garcia and Desiree J. Hoback; brothers Augustine, Manuel and Frank; sister Harriet Muntz; nine grandchildren; and a great-grandchild. Visitation: 5:30 p.m. Monday at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, makai chapel. Services: 6 p.m. Burial: 9 a.m. Tuesday at Mililani Memorial Park.
