John J. "Butch" Moloney Jr., 66, of Aiea, a retired orthopedic technician and an Army retiree, died in Tripler Army Medical Center. He was born in San Diego. He is survived by wife Carol A.; daughter Shawn M. Moloney-Finkbeiner; hanai daughters Carrie Berg and Regina Ward; brothers Patrick, James and Kenneth; sister Shirley Penna; and a grandchild. Services: 8:30 a.m. Monday at National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific, Punchbowl. Casual attire. In lieu of flowers, charitable donations are suggested.
