WILLIAM RICHARDS LOWREY July 7, 2014 88, of Kaneohe, retired from Hawaiian Telephone Company, died peacefully at home. He was born in Manoa, the youngest of 6 siblings, and was often called "Billy Dick" which was later shortened to "B. Dick" or "Bill." He is survived by his four daughters: Pandy (David) Reiser, Jill (Ed) Dowd, Cara (Lee) Takamori, and Brenda Lowrey; 8 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; sister-in- law Katy Lowrey of Waimea, Hawaii; and numerous nieces and nephews.
