She is survived by husband, Melvyn H. Ishikawa; sons, Samuel (Margaret) Ishikawa, David (Lynn) Ishikawa; daughters, Ruth (Robert) Montgomery, Priscilla (Clayton) Arakawa; sister, Kathryn Sugiyama; 15 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild. Visitation 5:00 p.m. Wednesday (July 23) at Mililani Mortuary Mauka Chapel. Funeral Service 6:30 p.m.
