ARLINGTON LEW KELII LEWIS SR.
7-20 ARLINGTON LEWISARLINGTON LEW KELII LEWIS SR. Arlington Lew Kelii Lewis Sr., aka "Ali" and "Ah Ling," age 75, passed away on Sunday June 22, 2014 in La Porte, Texas. He was born on November 26, 1938 in Honolulu Hawaii. He worked for Hawaii Newspaper Agency from 1958 - 1998 starting as a motorcycle messenger and retired as a machinist. As a young boy he started to build Harley Davidson's motorcycles and other motor vehicles as a hobby. Throughout his life he continued to build and restore classic Harley Davidson's bikes to it's original and is well-known in many states for his talent. He was also one of the original "Sons of Hawaii" bike riders. He loved playing slack-key on his guitar and many other instruments. He is survived by his wife Amelia U. Lewis, sons Arlington Lew K. Lewis Jr., Allan K. Lewis, daughters Aldene (Joe) Liftee, Arlene "Uluwehi" (Darren) Almeida, Alexa-Lee (Allen) Koa, Aurora (Irwin) De Soto, hanai daughter Teresa Rodrigues; 20 grand- children; 13 great-grandchildren; 11 siblings and many nieces and nephews. Visitation 4 p.m. Saturday July 26, 2014, Borthwick Mortuary Maunakea Chapel, Service 5:30 p.m. Cremation to follow. Casual attire.
