He is survived by wife Amanda "Mandy"; mother Beatrice; brothers Mark and Kerry; and sisters Alix Jourdain, Colene Schaefer and Avis Koerte. Services: 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. July 27 at Waiakea "Lihi" Small Boat Harbor, Kapaa. Casual attire. No flowers.
