81Janet Tsuyano Otaguro, 87, of Honolulu, a retired Royal Hawaiian Hotel waitress, died in Kuakini Medical Center. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by daughters Glenna M. Akahoshi and Marcia S. Toyama, brother Koichi Ikawa, sisters Yasuko Yonemoto and Alice Ideta, and three grandchildren. Private services.
