Alfred Kirtland "Bangy" Baang Sr., 69, of Ewa Beach, an Army veteran, died in Honolulu. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by sons Alfred Jr., Richard, Simon, Chad, Damien and Justin Baang, and Joseph Perez; daughter Katrina Perez; father Alfred F.; brothers Rodney, Bradford, Darrell and Anthony Baang, and Frank Asuncion; sisters Adele Castellano-Watanabe and Bernadette Galang; and 20 grandchildren. Visitation: 9 a.m. Thursday at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Waipahu. Family program: 10 a.m. Mass: 10:30 a.m. Flowers welcome.
