76Akiko Tanaka, 87, of Honolulu, a retired clerk-typist for the U.S. Geological Survey, died in Pali Momi Medical Center. She was born in Wailuku. She is survived by sons Gary Alan and Dean, brother Isamu Koito and three grandchildren. Private services.
