Marcelino De La Cruz "Clark" Garcia, 87, of Waipahu, a retired Air Force mechanic, died in Waipahu. He was born in Koloa, Kauai. He is survived by wife Esperanza G.; brothers Alfonso, Juan and Benjamin; and sister Emeteria Nerpio. Visitation: 8 a.m. Friday at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, makai chapel. Services: 9 a.m. Committal services: 11 a.m. at Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery, Kaneohe. Casual attire.
