72Douglas Noenoe "Dougie" Martin, 56, of Aiea, a taxi driver for TheCAB, died in Aiea. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Charlene; daughter Candace N. Tam; brothers Thomas, Richard and Raymond Martin, and Louis Nakapalau; and sisters Raydine Delos Santos and Jolene and Darlene Nakapalau. Visitation at noon Saturday at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. Services: 1 p.m. Casual attire.
