He is survived by companion, Hermina "Hermie" Flores; daughter, Janelle Tugade, Michelle Tugade, Valerie Tugade; mother, Lucila Tugade; brothers, Wilson (Lita) Tugade, Francisco (Lydia) Tugade, Florencio Tugade, Roland (Nancy) Tugade; sister, Concesa (Melanio) Balmania; 5 grandchildren.
