81Teodora Q. Rodriguez, 75, of Delano, Calif., a retired packing and sales employee at Grimmway Farms in Bakersfield, Calif., died in Delano. She was born in Langiden, Abra, Philippines. She is survived by son Robert Q.; brothers Julian and Florentino Quiling; sisters Irene and Mhel Quiling, Emeteria Piano and Leonida Rodriguez; and three grandchildren.
