73Dorothy Fusaye "Dot" Kotaka, 81, of Pearl City, a retired Pearl City Highlands Elementary School cafeteria baker, died in Aiea. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by husband Richard Y.; sons Richard Y. "Ricky" Jr. and Nelson; daughters Barbara Horikoshi-Firebaugh, Debora A. Anzai and Wendy T. Goshert; sister Alice Umeka Fujinaka; 13 grandchildren; and 22 great-grandchildren. Visitation: 9 a.m. Thursday at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, mauka chapel. Services: 10:15 a.m. Burial: 11:30 a.m. at Mililani Memorial Park. Casual attire.
