Jackie Dado Fontanilla, 65, of Naalehu, Hawaii, an Army veteran who served in the Vietnam War, died in Hilo Medical Center. He was born in Hana, Maui. He is survived by wife Patricia; sons Earl-Scott K., Herbert W.N. and Keoni J.D.; daughters Twila-Dawn M. Fontanilla and Tammie-Lynn K. Tolentino; brother Mackey Kalalau; sisters Christine Hanchett, Josephine Hoopai, Loretta O'Hara and Lucinda Estrella; 19 grandchildren; and 19 great-grandchildren. Visitation: 8 a.m. Saturday at St. Mary Catholic Church, 5000 Hana Highway. Services: 10:30 a.m. Burial to follow at St. Peter Catholic Church, Puuiki, 47699 Hana Highway. Casual attire.
