Vince Pitcavage, 86, of Kailua, a retired employee of the U.S. Pacific Command and an Army veteran, died in Kaneohe. He was born in Port Carbon, Pa. He is survived by wife Anita Quebec, sons Joseph F. and Francis X., and five grandchildren. Private services.
