80Edwin Kiichi Goya, 85, of Pearl City, a retired state administrator, died in Kaiser Medical Center. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Florence H., son Jeffrey K., daughters Jo Anne E. Goya and Lisa M. Nishikawa, brothers Wallace S. and Harry A., and four grandchildren. Private services. No flowers. No monetary offerings.
