Robert A. Budynas, 78, of Pearl City, a Navy veteran, died in Pearl City. He was born in Schenectady, N.Y. He is survived by sons Robert Jr., Donald and James, and brother Richard. Graveside services: 2 p.m. Tuesday at Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery, Kaneohe. Casual attire. No flowers. Donations suggested to American Heart Association, P.O.
