Angela Sylvia Mitchell, 94, of Kaneohe, a retired housing clerk and an Army veteran, died in Honolulu. She was born in Ulmeni, Romania. She is survived by son Steven K., daughters Lauren Mitchell-Dawson and Joyce Mitchell-Mynar and three grandchildren. Private services. Donations suggested to Susan G.
