THEODORE TEDDY RAGASA 69 years old of Pearl City, passed away at Pali Momi Hospital. A devoted loving father who worked at Hilton Hawaiian Villiage is survived by wife, Marites Bulaoat Ragasa, daughter Rica Marie, sons Darren and Eric, grandchild Rhys and brother Crescencio. On August 29, 2014 visitation at 9am at Our Lady of Good Counsel and mass at 11am, followed by burial at Mililani Memorial Park Mortuary at 12:30pm.
