80Anton "Tony" Irek, 83, of Wailua House Lots, Kauai, a self-employed piano teacher, died in Hale Nani Rehabilitation Center. He was born in Croatia. He is survived by wife Tomasa "Tita"; son Anthony; daughters Shirley Irek, Elizabeth Tholberg and Julia Kearney; brothers Branko and Ivica; sister Ruzica; five grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. Celebration of life viewing: 8:30 a.m. Friday at St. Catherine Church. Mass: 10 a.m. Burial to follow at Kealia Cemetery.
