74Theodore Guzman "Teddy" Ragasa, 69, of Pearl City, a Rainbow Lanai server at the Hilton Hawaiian Village, died in Aiea. He was born in Ilocos Sur, Philippines. He is survived by wife Marites, sons Darren and Eric, daughter Rica M., brother Cresencio G. and a grandchild. Visitation: 9 a.m. Friday at Our Lady of Good Counsel Church, 1525 Waimano Home Road, Pearl City. Mass: 11 a.m. Burial: 12:30 p.m. at Mililani Memorial Park. Casual attire. Flowers welcome.
