AH MOI CHING Age 93, passed away surrounded by her family on August 20, 2014. Ah Moi was born in Honolulu on October 13, 1920. She was a devoted, loving Mother, revered Popo, and precious Taitai who was dedicated to her family. She never hesitated to provide care or support whenever needed. Ah Moi was preceded in death by her husband, Quan Yau and her eldest son, Ernest. She is survived by sons Spencer (Connie) and Stanley (Jocelyn Nakashima), and daughters Lucille Kuwaye (George) and Gloria Sakai, 13 grandchildren, and 11 great-grandchildren. Taoist services on September 7, 2014 at Borthwick Mortuary. Visitation 9:30 a.m. to 12 noon. Burial to follow at Manoa Chinese Cemetery, 1:00 p.m. No flowers, please.
