Joseph Amormino Sr., 74, of Pahoa, Hawaii, a retired adult corrections officer and an Army veteran, died on Oahu. He was born in Detroit. He is survived by son Joseph "Little Joe" Jr., daughters Debra A. Navarro and Diane C. Samper, brother Robert, 10 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Visitation: 9 a.m. Tuesday at Dodo Mortuary Chapel, Hilo. Services: 10 a.m. Burial to follow at Alae Cemetery, Mormon section. Casual attire.
