FRANK SEBASTIAN RAMOS, JR.
FRANK SEBASTIAN RAMOS, JR. Frank Sebastian Ramos, Jr., 80, of Wahiawa, passed away on August 27, 2014 at Aloha Nursing and Rehab Centre. He was born in Ka'apahu Homesteads on the Big Island of Hawaii. He served 28 years in the U.S. Navy, where he retired as Commander. He also retired from the State of Hawaii Department of Health as a Public Health Administrative Officer. He dedicated his life as one of Jehovah's Witnesses in 1999, and served as a Ministerial Servant in the American Sign Language congregation. He is survived by wife Dolores; sons David, Steven and Frank III; daughters Shirlie Rose, Sharon Hodge, Patricia Bell, Diane Fields and Cathryn Ramos; sister Shirley Blackman; brother James Ramos; 17 grandchildren; 30 great-grand- children; and four great-great grandchildren.
