Louis Joseph Manuel, also known as Joseph Manuel, 77, of Honolulu, a Navy veteran, died in Pearl City. He was born in Waipahu. He is survived by wife Joyce L., daughter Carol Fujioka, brother Benjamin Manuel and sister Albertina E. Benedicto. Visitation: 8:30 a.m. Thursday at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, mauka chapel. Eulogy: 9:45 a.m. Services: 10:15 a.m. Burial: 11 a.m. at Mililani Memorial Park. Aloha attire. Flowers welcome.
