75Joannie Masuko Miyahara, 71, of Honolulu, a retired state Department of Public Safety Crime Victim Compensation Commission secretary, died at home. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by son Derrek H., brothers Kanrad and Arthur Sasaki, sister Hellenne Tsuda, a grandchild and a great-grandchild. Visitation: 5 p.m. Tuesday at New Hope Oahu Ministry Center, 290 Sand Island Access Road. Services: 6 p.m. No flowers.
