76Hazel Leinaala Hayakawa, 88, of Kealakekua, Hawaii, a retired cocktail waitress at the former King Kamehameha Hotel, died in Kona Community Hospital. She was born in Kealia, Hawaii. She is survived by sons Calvert Hose and Harvey and Clayton Martin; daughter Sandra Momohara; stepson Larry; five grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. Visitation: 1:30 p.m. Saturday at Christ Church Episcopal, Kealakekua. Services: 2:30 p.m. Casual attire. Flowers welcome.
