Anthony Kaohu Salis, 85, of Kailua, a retired welder and an Army veteran, died in Kailua. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Elizabeth, son Emanuel "Bully" Duarte, daughters Theresa "Keli'i" Costa and Leimomi Ho, nine grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
