SHIZUE HIGASHI Age 95, of Pukalani, Maui, passed away on August 15, 2014, in Maui. Born in Hawi, Hawaii, she was a homemaker. Preceded in death by her husband, Ronald Goro Higashi and son, Howard Kenji Higashi, she is survived by her son, Percy (Flower) Higashi; daughter, Diane (Dennis) Kawauchi; grandchildren, Deni and Dawn Kawauchi, Benjamin and Davin (Becky) Higashi; great-grand- children, Jacelyn Lau and Charlotte Higashi and sister, Hisae Nagato. Visitation from 5:00 p.m. Friday, September 19, 2014, at Hosoi Garden Mortuary; service 6:00 p.m. Casual attire.
