73Charles Kazuo "Charley" Nishioka, 99, of Mililani, owner and operator of Charley's Wholesale Auto Parts and Charley's Car Care Center, died in Mililani. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by son Saxon H., daughter Elaine A. Yoshioka, brother Wilfred M., sister Gladys S. Yamada, four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Private services.
