83Evelyn Sugiko Okayama, 94, of Honolulu, a retired salesclerk, died in Kuakini Geriatric Care. She was born in Japan. She is survived by husband Shiro; daughter Kathleen K. Arakaki; brothers Kazuo, Robert and Howard Ogi; sisters Peggy Kohara and Janet Mikami; and a grandchild. Private services.
