75Jane Toshiko Kouchi, 79, of Honolulu, a retired licensed practical nurse for the Queen's Medical Center, died in Honolulu. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by daughters Lori Hamilton, Jan Iwanaga and Jean Kouchi; brother Dennis Sakaguchi; sisters Harriet Wong, Sharon Ishida and Kathy Low; three grandchildren; and a great-grandchild. Services: 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Honpa Hongwanji Hawaii Betsuin.
