Alfred Y.F. Lum, 86, of Kaneohe, a retired mail carrier and an Army veteran, died in Honolulu. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Sadako; sons Gary and Harvey; daughter Sandra Kaholokula; brother Stanley; sisters Gertrude Tokuda, Nira Tom, Maureen Mau and Shirley Tanigawa; and four grandchildren. Visitation: 9:30 a.m. Friday at Borthwick Mortuary. Services: 10:30 a.m. Burial: 1 p.m. at Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery, Kaneohe. Aloha or casual attire. Flowers welcome.
