Harland Burleigh Cope, 92, of Aiea, a retired officer with the Navy Judge Advocate General’s Corps, died at home. He was born in Mullinville, Kan. He is survived by wife Lois, sons Mark and Preston, 10 grandchildren and a great-grandchild. Private services.
