LANI DAVIS Lauretta Darlene Lokelani "Lani" Kim-Davis September 11, 1963 - September 10, 2014 Lani lived her life with wonderful passion, curiosity and adventure for anything fun or interesting. Her happiest moments were when she was riding her horse, celebrating with family, and having adventurous outings with her husband, Andrew, and son, Jackson, the joy of her life. Lani spent the last 27 years enjoying the mainland-side of the family but always maintained her connection to her Hawai'i ohana and spirit of the islands. Lani touched the lives of so many, as a dedicated and tireless nurse in Carson City for 14 years, most recently in the Intensive Care Unit. She is survived by her husband Andrew and their son Jackson, her parents Raphael "Chappie" and Bonnie Kim, sisters Kelly Kim, and Kimberlee (Kimmie) Azevedo and niece Anuhea. She will be remembered with great love and affection by her family, friends and all those who were fortunate to experience her loving touch.
