72Edwin Medeiros Frias, 70, of Kailua, a retired electrician, died in Kailua. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by soon Todd "Kaiu," brothers Steven and Merlin, and three grandchildren. Scattering of ashes: 11 a.m. Oct. 11 at Kailua Boat Ramp, Lanikai Point.
