Melvin Quon Hoong Chang, 73, of Mililani, a retired Hawaii Air National Guard master sergeant, died in Mililani. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by son Marcus; daughters Melanie Smith and Marleen Sunada; brothers Warren "Sonny," Adrian and Alan; sister Barbara; and six grandchildren. Visitation: 8:30 a.m. Friday at Mililani Downtown Mortuary. Services: 10 a.m. Burial: 1:30 p.m. at Mililani Memorial Park. Casual/aloha attire. Flowers welcome.
