Ralph T. Nishioka, 90, of Hilo, a retired safety coordinator with Jas. W. Glover Ltd. and an Army veteran who served in World War II as a Military Intelligence Service interpreter, died in Hale Anuenue Restorative Care Center. He was born in Hilo. He is survived by wife Kikue; son Eric M.; daughter Joan C. Tamori; brother Richard S.; sisters Shizuko Nishioka, Takeko Ide, Eiko Okui and Teruko Matsunaga; three grandchildren; and a great-grandchild. Private services. No monetary offerings.
