Marvin Eaton Ferreira, 83, of Hughson, Calif., a defense contractor and an Army veteran, died in Modesto, Calif. He was born in Hilo. He is survived by wife Marilyn, sons Michael and Marvin, daughters Michele and Marlisa, and six grandchildren. Visitation: 10 a.m. Friday at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church, Kailua.
