76Bette Kai'ulani Purdy, 61, of Wailuku, an automotive crew chief, died at home. She was born in Kula, Maui. She is survived by daughter Renee Polido; brothers George, Moses, Paul and Bruce Campbell; sisters Susie Kamalani, Ruth Vilvens and Maybelle Ka'a'a; and four grandchildren.
