Emile "Duke" de Planque III, 71, of Fairfax, Va., a Marine Corps veteran, died. He was born in Providence, R.I. He is survived by wife Rosanna, sons Ian and Thomas, daughter Suzanne Gigliotti, brother Thomas Walker Wood, sister Michal Michelson and two grandchildren. Graveside services: 2 p.m. Thursday at Oahu Cemetery, Honolulu. Aloha attire. Flowers welcome.
