81Felicidad Advincula "Ising" Madriaga, 88, of Honolulu, a retired care home operator and seamstress, died in Honolulu. She was born in Ilocos Norte, Philipines. She is survived by sons Alexander, Benedict, Ferdinand and Honorio Jr.; daughter Victoria Isagawa; 11 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren. Visitation: 6 p.m. Friday at Mililani Downtown Mortuary. Services: 6:30 p.m. Additional visitation: 8 a.m. Saturday at St. John the Baptist Church.
