75Rudolph "Rudy" Sumera, 72, of Hilo, a retiree of Hawaiian Reinforcing Steel Co. Ltd., died in Hilo Medical Center. He was born in Pepeekeo, Hawaii. He is survived by wife Judy, son Tim, daughter Jenn, brother Herman, sisters Leona Omega and Frances Johnson, and five grandchildren. Visitation: 10 a.m. Friday at Dodo Mortuary, Hilo. Services: 11 a.m. Burial: 1:30 p.m. at Homelani Memorial Park, Ilima section. Casual attire.
