Kiyoshi Oshiro, 89, of Kukuihaele, Hawaii, a retiree of the Hawaii County Highway Maintenance Division and an Army veteran who served in World War II, died in Hale Ho'ola Hama-kua, Honokaa. He was born in Papaikou, Hawaii. He is survived by wife Mildred; sons Clayton, Alvin and Mason; daughter Roxanne Winkler; stepson James Tanaka; brother Akira; sisters Sandra Kawate and Akiko Hamanaka; 16 grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren.
