79Filomena Padron "Mena" Ramelb, 78, of Waialua died in Wahiawa. She was born in Bacarra, Ilocos Norte, Philippines. She is survived by husband Andres; son Emmanuel "Manny"; daughters Elsa Cadiente and Ame Ramelb; brother Victorio Padron; sisters Maxima Honorato, Rufina Cadiente and Marissa Padron; five grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. Visitation: 9 a.m. Saturday at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, makai chapel. Services: 11 a.m. Burial: 12:30 p.m. at Mililani Memorial Park. Flowers welcome.
