73Mary Canning Knox, 82, of Holualoa, Hawaii, an executive director for Hospice of Martin & St. Lucie and the Hospice Foundation, a nurse practitioner and a registered nurse, died at home. She was born in Providence, R.I. She is survived by sons David and Tom Johnson; daughters Kathleen Brooks, Terry Guffrey, Colleen Levin and Patricia Reid; brothers Charles and John Canning; sister Patricia Alberding; 23 grandchildren; and 20 great-grandchildren. Services held. Donations suggested to Hospice of Kona.
