71Elaine Viola Watts, 82, of Kaneohe, a retired supervisor at Marine Corps Exchange, Kaneohe Bay, died in Kailua. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by husband Gerald "Jerry" Sr., sons Gerald Jr. and Alika, daughters Donnalynne Balmilero and Kathleen Chase, brother Gene K. Lima, 10 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
