Luis Flores Tabigne, 94, of Waipahu, an Army veteran, died in Honolulu. He was born in Binalonan, Pangasinan, Philippines. He is survived by wife Veronica, son Rudy, daughters Tessie Dela Cruz and Trini Ipalari, 14 grandchildren and 29 great-grandchildren. Visitation: 9:30 am. Wednesday at Mililani Downtown Mortuary, 20 S. Kukui St., Honolulu. Services: 10:30 a.m. Committal services: 2 p.m. at Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery, Kaneohe. Casual attire.
