78Gloria Tagalicod Parker, 68, of Waianae, a retired legal assistant at the U.S. Department of Justice, U.S. Attorney's Office, died in Kapolei. She was born in Cabugao, Ilocos Sur, Philippines. She is survived by husband John P.; sons David Jr. and Scott Strong, and Christopher and Jason Kornegay; brother Regino Tagalicod; and eight grandchildren. Visitation: 9 a.m. Tuesday at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, makai chapel. Services: 11:30 a.m. Burial: 12:30 p.m. at Mililani Memorial Park. Casual attire. Flowers welcome.
